Hi, my name is Linda Chernan. I am a realtor in the mountains of San Bernardino County, called Crestline. I service the San Bernardino mountains from Crestline to Green Valley Lake. I love the mountains. I have lived here for over 42 years and have raised my seven children on this mountain. I am very familiar with the real estate market on the mountain and able to serve the area with easy and comfort. I love showing property and I also love listing properties. I am a very personal person, who enjoys meeting people. I have a unique personality that is kind and honest.

The market on this very mountain is always up and down in pricing. We are the first to decline in pricing and the last to come back up in full swing. We have a myriad of different kinds of homes from newly constructed homes to older homes in the 1920s. (Real old cabins) Best the best thing about this mountain is the cleaning air (compared to San Bernardino), and the wonderful living conditions within the community. We have small communities, especially in Crestline, where we see each other as we pass to get our mail from our mailboxes at the Post Office, to various restaurants in the area that are very delicious.

My goal in life is to serve. I serve in the community and outside the community. I do service work every Friday, because I love helping others. I am a church going person who enjoys her Sabbath Day. I am a Notary Public and a Certified Transaction Coordinator, who understands all the doings of each transaction. I can help you with your mortgage and escrow because I use companies I depend on for great service and dependability.
